There's no way I can eat 1,000 carrots!  Or have the space to plant them.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I'm doing a swap with one of my friends - she's taking half of my seeds and, at the end of the season, she's going to show me how to can/preserve and will let me use her pressure canner and other equipment.  &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;The only seeds I have saved from last year are those from the 14-foot-tall sunflower.  I hope that they grow!
